Account information: Name, email address, company name, and role when you register. Password is stored as a cryptographic hash — we cannot read it.
Billing information: Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe. We never receive, store, or have access to your card number, CVV, or full card details. We store only a Stripe customer ID and subscription status.
Usage data: Feature usage, AI credit consumption, and session activity to provide the service, calculate billing, and improve the platform.
Account data is retained while your account is active. After subscription cancellation, data is retained for 60 days (grace period) to allow reactivation, then permanently deleted. You can request immediate deletion by contacting us.
Platform users upload candidate resumes, profiles, and related data to GoVerse. For this data:
Your employer (or the company using GoVerse) is the data controller for candidate data they upload. GoVerse acts as a data processor, processing candidate data strictly under the controller's instructions to provide the service.
If you are a candidate whose data has been uploaded to GoVerse, please contact the company that uploaded your information for questions about how your data is handled.
Candidate data may include: name, contact details, work history, skills, education, qualifications, and any other information contained in uploaded resumes or profiles.

Candidate data is retained as long as the account is active and the controller has not deleted it. When an account is terminated, all candidate data is deleted within the 60-day grace period. Controllers can delete individual candidates at any time.
Essential cookies: We use essential cookies for authentication and session management only.
We do not use: Third-party tracking cookies, retargeting pixels, analytics cookies that identify individuals, or any form of cross-site tracking.
goverse.ai does not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or similar tracking services. We do not build advertising profiles or share visitor data with third parties.

GoVerse is designed for business professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If we become aware that we have collected data from a child, we will delete it promptly.
